Subsequently, the paper explores the utilization of NLP in voice assistants and chatbots,elucidating how these technologies are reshaping human-computer interaction, improving user experiences, and expanding the scope of applications in various domains. Additionally, it examines the impact of NLP advancements on the future trajectory of voice assistants and chatbots, highlighting potential opportunities and implications for research and industry.
