Understanding the relationship between knowledge and attitudes is crucial for making informed and effective contraceptive decisions, preventing unplanned pregnancies, and complications resulting from inappropriate contraceptive use. This study aims to explore the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of reproductiveage women in selecting contraceptive pills at the Independent Practice of Midwife WA Sidakarya in 2024. The research employs a correlational analysis design with a cross-sectional approach to investigate this relationship. Primary data were collected through questionnaire responses from 51 participants. The study findings indicate varying levels of knowledge about contraceptive pills among women aged 20-24 years, with a significant 71% correlation
