Abstract
In the last two decades probiotics have become popular and a trend among healthy individuals which enhances their health. Recently probiotics are incorporated into various products in the market specifically diary products which are fermented. These probiotics are being studied and promoted for their use in enhancing human health. There is strong scientific evidence to support the benefits of probiotics. This paper is a literature focusing
