As Group Head of Quality at Arabian Healthcare Group (RAK Hospital, UAE), she has successfully led multiple JCI, EFQM, TEMOS, ISO, and CAP accreditations, driving operational excellence and securing over 20 prestigious global awards.

Recognized as “Quality Manager of the Year” at the 13th IELTS Conference Dubai (2023), Dr. Nithya specializes in lean management, clinician performance, medico-legal risk management, and healthcare project leadership.
