Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is growing tremendously all over the world especially in the Middle–East and North Africa (MENA) and diabetic nephropathy is one of the important microvascular complications ending up with dialyses necessiating kidney transplantation so giving rise to another follow-up program [1,2].
