Abstract

Bone marrow metastases revealing gastric carcinoma are extremely rare. herein, we describe the case of a 30-year-old woman presenting multiple bone metastases revealing gastric carcinoma with unusual morphology to highlight this extremely rare finding.
Histologically, the bone marrow biopsy showed massive medullary infiltration by an histiocyte-like proliferation composed of large
cells with foamy cytoplasm. On immunohistochemistry, the cells expressed AE1/AE3 and CK7. They were negative for CD68 and S100
