Plagiarism Policy

SRC Publishers is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical publishing. Plagiarism, whether intentional or unintentional, is considered a serious violation of publication ethics.

1. Definition of Plagiarism

Plagiarism includes copying ideas, text, data, or other creative work (such as tables, figures, and graphs) and presenting it as original research without proper acknowledgment or citation.

SRC Publishers defines plagiarism as a case where a manuscript shows 25% or more similarity with previously published work without appropriate citation.

2. Detection and Evaluation

All submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using reliable plagiarism detection tools before proceeding to peer review.

3. Actions in Case of Plagiarism

If evidence of plagiarism is detected at any stage—before acceptance, after acceptance, or even after publication—the following actions may be taken:

  • The author(s) will be notified and given an opportunity to respond or provide clarification
  • If the explanation is unsatisfactory, the manuscript may be rejected or retracted
  • The author(s) may be restricted from submitting future manuscripts for a period determined by the Editor(s)

4. Retraction Policy

In cases where plagiarism is confirmed after publication, SRC Publishers reserves the right to retract the article and notify relevant stakeholders.

5. Plagiarism Screening Tools

SRC Publishers uses industry-standard plagiarism detection software to ensure originality of submitted content.
