Adoption of Care Management Applications in Healthcare

Abstract

This article explores the use of care management apps in healthcare to improve patient outcomes, efficiency, and quality. The research employs TechnologyContext-Analysis-Implementation-Outcomes (TCAIO) to identify key trends, causes, and obstacles to implementing these applications. The findings show that healthcare businesses require a digital transformation plan that involves ongoing adjustments to their processes, evaluating their strategies, and embracing new technologies. According to the research, healthcare staff should employ change management strategies to maximize care management tools.
