Abstract

Horseshoe kidney is a congenital malformation characterized
by the fusion of the lower poles of both kidneys. It is frequently
associated with urological anomalies, notably ureteropelvic
junction obstruction (UPJO), observed in approximately 15 to
35% of cases.
