Abstract

Networks play a critical role in the modern business landscape, enabling seamless communication, collaboration, and data exchange. 
However, maintaining network compliance and operational efficiency is a significant challenge, particularly in complex, dynamic 
environments. This paper explores the application of AIOps and machine learning techniques to automate the network compliance 
process, improving reliability, agility, security and cost-effectiveness. It presents a comprehensive overview of the key concepts, 
challenges, and opportunities in this domain and propose an architecture that leverages machine learning algorithms to analyze 
network data, detect anomalies, predict potential compliance violations, and recommend proactive remediation measures and 
also discuss real-world case studies and implementation considerations, demonstrating the transformative potential of AIOps and 
machine learning in revolutionizing network compliance management (Bajpai, 2024) (Bajpai, 2024).
