Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Metaverse are transforming our world. Fintech is no exception. On the one hand, AI and the 
Metaverse can drive productivity enhancements, create new financial opportunities, and enable new business innovations. On the 
other hand, AI will transform work and the workplace and change the ways financial systems work and business functions. In this 
talk, we will discuss the opportunities and challenges presented by AI and the Metaverse for FinTech and how AI and the Metaverse 
will transform the future of work and humanity.
