Abstract

Ovarian reserve decline is among the foremost determinants of female infertility globally. Approximately 10–15% of women presenting to fertility clinics carry a diagnosis of DOR, while POI affects an estimated 1% of women below the age of 40 years. In India, the convergence of delayed childbearing, environmental stressors, and iatrogenic causes—particularly prior oncological treatment—has compounded the clinical burden of these
conditions.
