Abstract

Pediatric psychology is a specialized branch of psychology that focuses on the emotional, behavioral, and developmental well-being of children from
infancy through adolescence. It bridges two worlds-medicine and psychology-to ensure that a child’s mental health is understood within the context of their physical health, family environment, and social experiences.
