This retrospective study aimed to analyze the clinical characteristics, treatment outcomes, and prognostic factors of Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) patients. Data from 350 HCC patients admitted to our medical center between January 2021 and December 2023 were retrospectively reviewed. Patient demographics, tumor characteristics, treatment modalities, and survival data were collected and analyzed. The results showed that surgical resection significantly improved overall survival (OS) compared to non-surgical treatments (median OS: 32 months vs. 15 months, p < 0.001). Multivariate analysis identified tumor size ≥5 cm (HR = 2.31, 95% CI: 1.56 - 3.42, p < 0.001), microvascular invasion (HR = 1.89, 95% CI: 1.21 - 2.96, p = 0.005), and Child-Pugh class B/C (HR = 1.78, 95% CI: 1.12 - 2.83, p = 0.017) as independent risk factors for poor prognosis. These findings provide valuable insights for clinical decision-making and personalized treatment strategies in HCC management.
