Abstract

The global reliance on fossil fuels has long been recognized as unsustainable, both in terms of finite reserves and environmental impact. Their continued use contributes significantly to greenhouse gas emissions, air pollution, and climate change. In response, the biofuels sector has pursued alternatives such as biodiesel. While biodiesel has proven effective in reducing emissions, its production processes and operational drawbacks have limited widespread adoption.
