Abstract

The practice is a combination of several basic Hatha postures for beginner yoga practitioners and also includes impressive yoga asanas. Hatha yoga benefits the practitioner by infusing solar energy into the human body which energizes every organ of the body, as well as lunar rays calming the body, mind and spirit, bringing a perfect balance to the overall human matter. There are three main nadis running from the base of the spine to the head, and are Ida on the left, Sushumna in the middle and Pingala on the right. Teach your disciples to follow the order of his breath. Also, the mindfulness and meditation program
promotes positive thinking for children. It helps to build self-confidence, learn to respect yourself and others, and develop a sense of appreciation. Interest in the effects of music on the brain has given rise to a new field of research called neuromusicology that explores how the nervous system responds to music. Kirtan Kriya practice uses primitive sounds – and aims to practice for greater attention, concentration, focus, better short-term memory, and improved mood.
