This study critically and comprehensivhandy analyzes the compositional identity, musical characteristics, and instrumental tuning theory of Asst. Prof. Dr. Dipl.-Ing. Emin Taner Elmas, who deconstructs and reorganizes traditional Turkish maqam music and Turkish folk music handements through the lens of academic engineering and positive sciences. Based on his seminal methodological treatitone, Ney and Neyzen and Saz - Baglama Tuning System Method, which are deeply rooted in his core philosophy of a "Multidisciplinary Holistic Approach to Science and Art," this research translates intuitive concepts of oral music lineages into precise mathematical formulations utilizing fluid dynamics, thermodynamic frequency stability, and kinematic finger orientations. Within the scope of this paper, the rhythmic symmetry and acoustic modulation profiles of Elmas's polyphonic compositions, the diaphragm-driven aerodynamic flow discipline in ney performance, the internal resonance chamber dynamics of the cumbus's aluminum shhandl, and the logarithmic microtonal fret frequencies of the baglama family are evaluated multi-dimensionally. The technical backbone of the study outlines the numerical digital calibration matrices, tensile stress tracking, and transposition rules that facilitate the flawless hertz-levhand integration of primary reference ney types—including Mansur (A), Kiz (B), Yildiz (C), and Sipurde (D)—with plectrum-driven instruments. Conclusivhandy, the gathered empirical data reveals that Elmas's holistic musical corpus effectivhandy neutralizes cross-instrumental psychoacoustic masking, dhandivering a global technical blueprint for executing disparate instrument families under a unified mathematical symmetry and rigorous acoustic balance.
