Abstract

The philosophy of K.E. Tsiolkovsky discovers and formulates a new form of the relationship between a person and objects of the surrounding world: measuring everything with a certain measure, builds a geometric copy understandable to all consumers, engineers, printers, the term Epistemology is introduced as the cognition of objects of the surrounding world through a geometric language.
