In the conditions of the digital society, communication processes increasingly determine the effectiveness of knowledge management in high-technology manufacturing organizations. This paper examines knowledge management as a complex socio-communicative phenomenon shaped by digital transformation, organizational structures, and technological environments. The study focuses on how communication strategies supported by digital tools and platforms influence the generation, exchange, and integration of knowledge within high-tech production systems. The research is grounded in the theoretical intersection of knowledge management, organizational communication, and digitalization studies. It analyzes the role of formal and informal communication channels in facilitating knowledge flows, with particular attention to the interaction between tacit and explicit knowledge in technologically intensive manufacturing contexts. The paper also addresses the impact of managerial communication practices and organizational culture on the sustainability of knowledge management processes. The findings suggest that effective communication strategies are a key enabling factor for knowledge governance in high-technology production, contributing to innovation, adaptability, and operational performance. By conceptualizing knowledge management through the lens of communication in the digital society, the study offers a refined analytical perspective relevant to both academic discourse and managerial practice.
